Oats French Toast

This is an extremely simple and protein packed breakfast that tastes just like French Toast.

Make it a night before and you are ready to have it on-the-go the next morning.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats 
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
  • 1 cup milk 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients (Chia Seeds, Rolled Oats, cinnamon powder, honey, vanilla essence, milk) in a bowl or a glass jar and mix it well.  
  • Oats must be fully immersed in the milk.  
  • Adjust quantity as per your requirement. 
  • Cover it and refrigerate overnight.  
  • Top it with some nuts and fruits and serve in the morning
