Custard Apple Smoothie


Quench your thirst with this refreshing and healthy smoothie that is nothing but wholesome. It is an instant fresh drink that will elevate your mood and your taste buds.


  • 1 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Custard apple pulp
  • 1/2 tsp Minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Almond flakes
  • A pinch of Green cardamom powder


  • Roast the almond flakes in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 4 minutes or till golden in colour.
  • Blend almond milk, pulp of custard apple, minced ginger, honey and green cardamom powder until smooth. Place it in the fridge and chill it thoroughly.
  • Pour it in high ball and garnish with toasted almonds slivers.
  • There you go! A simple, quick nutritious smoothie that can make for the perfect breakfast or in between meal.
