Makhana Bhel Recipe

  • 1 bowl Roasted Foxnuts (Makhana)
  • 1/2 cup Cubed boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 Chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Sendha namak (Salt) as per taste
  • 1-2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Roasted jeera powder


  • Take potatoes, green chillies, chopped coriander, jeera powder, black pepper, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Add makhana and peanuts, give a final mix and serve
  • You may also garnish with some pomegranate seeds
